IN COLLABORATION WITH THE INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR PHOTOGRAPHY
ICP @ THE POINT is a year-round collaboration between the International Center of Photography and THE POINT CDC. The program teaches photography, critical thinking, writing, and public speaking to foster self-esteem, community development, and social change.
Participants have access to an on-site classroom and studio, as well as a black-and-white darkroom. Film, paper, and processing materials are provided to all youth participants. Participants in need of a film camera may borrow one. Each session ends with a presentation for family and friends to celebrate participants’ achievements.
